What you’ll do:

  • Help plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns to drive product awareness and customer acquisition.
  • Own, grow and manage the broker email marketing channel, using best practice and data-driven marketing for the creation of campaigns, journeys and automations
  •  Assist in creating sales tools like presentations, collateral, FAQs, and competitive analyses.
  • Help create engaging marketing materials such as product guides, blog posts, email campaigns, and social media content.
  • Work with the Product marketing team to gather and analyze feedback from customers.
  • Help organize and execute events, activations, and promotions, including webinars, exhibitions, and other customer events.
  • Assist in developing clear, customer-focused messaging that highlights product features and benefits.
  • Help conduct research on market trends, customer needs, and competitor products to inform marketing strategies.
  • Monitor the performance and success of campaigns and provide insights for optimization.
  • Work with product, sales, and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure consistent 
  • Ensure all marketing materials are aligned with the company’s brand and tone.
  • What you’ll need

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years experience in marketing, ideally in the B2B sector and within a technology or product-focused business
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, including CRM platforms, email marketing tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Zoho CRM, Customer.io, Google Analytics)
  •  Up-to-date knowledge of email marketing trends and best practices
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities, with the capacity to simplify and communicate technical concepts effectively.
  • Basic design skills (Adobe and Canva) a plus (HTML experience is highly regarded).
  • A solid understanding of the briefing, design, and development process for marketing assets such as emails, advertisements, webpages, and content
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and creative thinking skills.
  • A confident and proactive communicator, eager to learn and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
