Responsibilities will include

  • Driving regular cadences around work in progress
  • Doing the analysis on AWS/Azure cost consumption & Wastage. Defining areas that can be considered for cost optimisation, working with Tech Lead in ascertaining feasibility for reduction in costs in those areas and monitoring the actions to achieve the cost reduction outcomes.
  • Determining proactive actions based on ticket and alerting data
  • Maintaining data on and driving cadences around User Access Management for systems in scope of support
  • Tier based Availability Management reporting, tracking, and proactive action plans or improvements
  • Working closely with Tech Lead in deciding on proactive approaches to improve account health and develop value added initiatives
  • Track and document in play project and associated BAU handover readiness
  • Review BAU services and conduct GAP analysis assessment and develop actions plans for remediation
  • Creating Monthly governance reports
  • Working with stakeholders during Major Incidents as Major Incident Manager, ensuring controls around change management and working with various incident resolvers to document PIRs.
  • Improve the maturity in BAU operations – Ticket management, workflow distribution. Day to day operations of the team.
  • Experience wise? Someone who has worked in a similar capacity. Saying that, a technical background and exposure to AWS will be highly regarded!
