Your impact..

We’ve spent the past few years perfecting a trailblazing product that is turning banking on its head. As a Business Development Representative, you have the opportunity to spread the word of Weel to the masses as we reinvent spend management software. 

You’ll join a close-knit team, working alongside a world class BDR Leader with many years of experience in sales development. We believe in the value of 121 coaching and development - bring the right mentality, and we’ll always meet you halfway.

You will assess a prospects’ needs, pain points, and fit for Weel’s product, providing insight into the deep value we bring to businesses big and small.

This position provides significant opportunities for both personal and professional development. You’ll develop new techniques, enhance your sales skills, gain in-depth knowledge of the product, and step into one of the world’s most dynamic and rapidly evolving industries. 

We’ll leave you with this fact: The Australian fintech industry has grown from a $250 million industry in 2015 to a whopping $45 billion industry in 2023.

A day in the life…

-Conduct outbound prospecting activities and drive opportunities through smart management of your pipeline.
-Work to a monthly quota to generate quality leads that contribute to our growth acquisition target. 
-Partner with your Account Executive peers to strive for quality qualification, providing insight to increase conversion rates.
-Provide input and feedback to lead campaigns and sales messaging.
-Source, research and nurture leads - using various prospecting tools and lists.
-Record leads and interaction data using HubSpot CRM.
-Set yourself up for a promotion to other roles in the Sales Team.

-Experience with cold calling and email outbound sales.
-CRM experience and preferably Hubspot (but not essential).
