About the role:
The Creative Services & Design Lead will establish and lead hipages’ new internal Creative Services Team. Their mission is to empower the business by crafting high-quality, innovative creative solutions that ensure brand consistency, drive engagement and inspire action.
This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on design and digital execution while managing briefs across multiple disciplines.

How you will add value:
- Drive Brand Cohesion - lead creative initiatives that reinforce brand identity and ensure visual consistency across all channels.
- Lead by Example - provide both strategic oversight and hands-on delivery for design and digital creative projects.
- Manage Creative Workflow - oversee and traffic all incoming creative briefs to ensure efficient prioritisation, resourcing and on-time delivery.
- Translate Strategy into Creative - convert business objectives into compelling, audience-resonant creative outputs.
- Establish Creative Services as a Strategic Partner - position the team as a trusted, dynamic internal creative partner for the business.
- Maintain & Evolve the Design System - collaboratively evolve the hipages Design System with Brand and Product Design teams to ensure it supports both marketing and product touchpoints.
About you:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in a relevant field e.g. Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Communication Design, etc.
- 7 - 10 years of experience in a similar senior creative leadership role, ideally in an in-house creative or agency environment
- Proven leadership in design, creative or marketing team environments.
- A strong portfolio showcasing branding, identity design and multi-channel creative work.
- Hands-on proficiency in graphic, digital and multimedia production.
- Experience managing cross-disciplinary creative outputs in an in-house or agency environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication capabilities.
Desirable
- Background in creative strategy, brand storytelling and brand development.
- Familiarity with marketing technology platforms and digital optimisation.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and web design best practices.
- Skills in animation, video production and motion graphics.
