As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Facilities Manager to join our AWESOME Workplace Experience team. You will report directly into our Director of Workplace Experience & Community.

You eagerly tackle the challenge of facilities, safety, security, compliance and financial KPIs. Crafting robust WHS plans and streamlining reporting processes is where you excel. You’re adept at developing operational SOPs that enhance efficiency and compliance. The Workplace Experience team and you contribute to shaping a stellar customer experience, encompassing logistics, operations, and environment. Together, we ensure our workplace is a welcoming and exceptional environment for our team and visitors alike.

  • No two days will look the same but here’s a snapshot of how you’ll spend your first 6-12 months:

  • Renegotiating all supplier contracts at our flagship HQ to optimise ROI
  • Developing WHS plans and reporting processes 
  • Developing operational SOPs
  • Developing a fire safety plan
  • Designing and implementing security solutionsUsing our flagship product, SafetyCulture, to build a proactive building maintenance program for our office
  • Using our training product, SC Training, to develop training programs to improve building operations and service delivery 
  • Ensuring our office is clean, organised and maintained to the highest possible standard 
  • Working with the broader Workplace Experience team to shape the customer experience across both logistics/operations and environment/culture, making sure it’s a great place for our team and visitors
