How you’ll make an impact
As a Senior Product Manager in Mobile, you will be responsible for excellence in driving customer and business value through ownership of new and existing Mobile products. You will be comfortable working in complex product spaces that require navigating larger degrees of ambiguity and comprehensive stakeholder management. You will manage Mobile products end-to-end, from early-stage research and ideation, through to implementation and improvement over time. Your impact will be measured by key commercial and customer success metrics.
What you'll do
Lead development and execution of Xero’s Mobile product strategy, roadmap, and OKRsConduct and synthesise customer research to identify and validate valuable, complex problemsEmbed customer insights and data in product planning and prioritisationFrame and test solution hypotheses in a complex, cross-functional environmentManage funding, resources, risks, and compliance across the product lifecycleOversee delivery cadence, rituals, and release strategy to ensure effective launchesMonitor product performance, driving continuous improvements and interventions as neededLead the product through its full lifecycle, from discovery to sunsetBuild strong stakeholder relationships and collaborate across product functionsCoach and support team development, hiring, onboarding, and product practice uplift
