About the Role:
As the National Partnership Manager at Plenti, you will be responsible for driving performance and growth in Plenti’s OEM and dealerships channel. This involves supporting the Head of OEM and dealerships to develop strategies, new business opportunities and new products for Plenti. 

You will develop relationships with and onboard new OEMs and dealerships and collaborate with OEMs, dealerships and internal teams to develop and deliver campaigns. You will optimise processes and deliver market-leading experiences for OEMs, dealerships and customers. You will lead a high-performing sales team responsible for converting loan applicants into funded customers through strategic phone, email, and SMS outreach across the application journey.

Key Responsibilities:
● Support the Head of OEM & Dealerships to develop strategies, new business opportunities, and products
● Build, onboard, and manage OEM and dealership relationships, driving growth and exceeding origination targets
● Develop and deliver campaigns in partnership with OEMs and dealerships
● Monitor performance data and sales funnel conversion, identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements
● Represent Plenti at industry forums, partnership meetings, and networking events to strengthen relationships and brand presence
● Collaborate with internal teams (credit, product, operations) to address customer pain points and improve processes
● Ensure compliance with responsible lending, disclosure, and privacy regulations
● Deliver program reports, dashboards, and insights to senior management with recommendations for growth and performance uplift

Key Qualifications:
● 5+ years in sales leadership within fintech, lending, or financial services
● Proven ability to build and manage high-performing sales teams
● Strong knowledge of the auto industry (both OEM and dealerships), sales processes, and CRM/reporting tools

● Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities, with a focus on coaching, setting KPI’s and developing high-performing teams
● Strategic and analytical thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making
● Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and influence key partners
● Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
● Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
● A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a strong commitment to achieving results

Reporting Relationships:
● This position reports to the Head of OEM and dealerships and leads a team of OEM Senior Sales Agents
