We’re on the hunt for a dynamic, strategic, and creative Senior Manager PR & Communications to join us in a job share capacity—3 days a week—within our passionate Customer team. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the industry, working together to elevate our brand’s voice and reputation across the region.

About the role:
- Lead PR strategy: Proactively drive coverage and consumer/business visibility, ensuring our brand is always front of mind.
- Media relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts, agencies, and stakeholders.
- Crisis comms: Collaborate with Brand, Legal, and Security to manage issues and crisis communications, ensuring our reputation is protected.
- Executive comms: Support our Executive team with media training, profile building, and thought leadership.
- Campaigns & events: Plan and execute PR campaigns, events, and activations that align with our brand strategy and business goals.
- Content & storytelling: Develop compelling content for media, social, and internal channels, including our LinkedIn calendar.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Brand, Legal, Security, and other teams to ensure alignment and deliver results.
- Highly skilled written and verbal communicator, with a flair for storytelling.
- Strategic and creative thinker, able to develop PR strategies that drive business outcomes.
- Strong media relations and negotiation skills.
- Experience in crisis management and high-pressure situations.
- Collaborative, cross-functional approach and a passion for teamwork.
- Innovative mindset, always looking for new ways to engage audiences.
- Experience in managing agency relationships and leading PR campaigns from ideation to execution.
