  • Become a subject matter expert on Compass’ key features, technical specifications and benefits of our products and services.
  • Support the Senior Leadership Team with administrative duties related to bidding, estimating, and project kick-off.
  • Prioritise competing deadlines and manage multiple bid projects simultaneously.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices in bid writing and procurement for education technology.
  • Ensure that all bids are compliant with statutory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Conduct quality reviews and proofread bid responses to ensure accuracy, consistency and a professional presentation.
  • Implement feedback from unsuccessful bids to continuously improve bid quality and outcomes, providing input into developing strategies that will improve the company's win ratio.
