Prezzee is seeking a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Talent & Diversity, you will lead the full-cycle recruiting experience, from sourcing talent to onboarding, with a focus on technology recruitment. 

At Prezzee, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment where innovation, collaboration, and excellence are valued. This role provides a fantastic opportunity for a junior-mid level recruiter with experience gained in-house or agency, who is looking to develop their skills within a scale up tech environment. 

This role is 4 days in office, WFH Fridays  and can be based in either Sydney, NSW or Melbourne, ViC offices. 

About the Role:

  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring all candidates, regardless of the outcome, have a positive interaction with Prezzee.
  • Provide hiring managers with professional support and guidance throughout the recruitment process, understanding and fulfilling their hiring needs.
  • Use creative and innovative strategies to attract top talent and build strong talent pipelines.
  • Clearly communicate and negotiate employment offers, ensuring candidates understand the full compensation package and onboarding process.
  • Actively promote diversity and inclusion, fostering a culture of diverse thinking and inclusivity in recruitment.
  • Become an expert in technology recruitment, identifying and attracting top candidates in both active and passive job markets.
  • Ensure candidates understand and align with Prezzee’s core values.

 

About You:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally within fast-growing tech companies.
  • Familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to adhere to recruitment policies and processes.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills to handle multiple priorities.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong focus on achieving recruitment goals.
  • A team player willing to engage in various people-related initiatives as part of the global people team.
