Excited to be part of something big? We're on the lookout for a Business Development Manager to help drive Prezzee's growth in Australia and New Zealand. In this role, you'll be instrumental in uncovering new business opportunities and nurturing relationships with our B2B clients. 

You will ensure Prezzee’s B2B clients have a seamless experience and you'll have the chance to make a real impact by bringing our strategic outcome to life. 

This is a Hybrid role, based in Sydney or Melbourne CBD.

About the role:

  • Craft a growth strategy tailored to the Australian and New Zealand markets.
  • Hunt for new opportunities and understand customer needs in the region.
  • Woo potential clients and keep them coming back for more.
  • Spot opportunities to upsell and expand our reach locally.
  • Nail product demos and make sure clients are onboarded smoothly.
  • Represent Prezzee at local industry events and conferences.
  • Work closely with teams to resolve issues and deliver top-notch service.
  • Seal the deal on major contracts and nurture key relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to seize every opportunity in ANZ.

About You:

  • A proven track record in business development or sales in the ANZ region.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments, ideally in fintech.
  • Strong communication skills and a knack for building relationships.
  • you are not afraid to pick up the phone, cold call or follow up leads.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Confidence in presenting ideas.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
