Brandscreen was founded in 2007 by Seth Yates and Julian Tol, launched in 2012 as a start up Demand Side Platform with local and private backing. In 2014 the company was purchased by a US based Advertising Exchange 'Zenovia' who were looking to add Brandscreen to their technology stack. Due to the changing landscape and competition Zenovia left the Australian market in 2015 and Brandscreen was then purchased through a local management buyout by Rob Manning who then became CEO and Director of the company. Unable to find investment the company was forced to shut down in 2017.
