Bundlfresh has established a cooperative network of smaller, local, family owned and operated food businesses, enabling these partners to offer their wonderful produce online with next day delivery. Bundlfresh is based on Sydney's Northern Beaches. Founded by Matthew Russell in 2018, the business is set to launch in early 2019. In 2000, Matthew travelled to the UK as part of the management team training for ALDI's start up in Australia. Matthew worked at ALDI for the next 5 years starting in Store Operations before moving into the Warehouse & Distribution Director role. In 2005 Matthew left ALDI to join an Australian food manufacturing business - Green's Foods, where in 2008 he was appointed Group General Manager. In 2017 he left Green'​
