Dr Egg Adventures, founded by Dr. Catherine Fargher in February 2012, creates engaging Education Technology (EduTech) products and content to solve problems faced by primary school teachers and educators in STEM and AI driven futures. Working with teachers, students and their parents, we understand that students love to engage in Science and STEM learning, but many teachers struggle to teach in areas of science, digital technology and machine-based learning. Which is how The Dr. Egg Adventures came to exist. Incorporating Self-Determination Learning Theory and 21st Century Learning Skills, The Dr Egg Adventures Laboratory invites students to participate in problem-based blended learning (offline and online) for STEM, AI and Digital Technology. The Dr. Egg Adventures Laboratory is designed to encourage student autonomy and creative skills such as critical thinking, problem solving and collaboration. Our vision is for more girls to choose and complete advanced STEM subjects in the final years of High School, as a result of this interactive learning. This is done via a student/teacher SANDBOX PORTAL with materials including learning modules, animations, games and interactive stories, aligned with the Stages 1-4 (Ages 6-11) Primary School Curriculums (NSW and National), The Dr. Egg Adventures Laboratory provides all that and more.
