PV Mate is a product under the HelioCorp Py Ltd banner and originated from Energy Lab's startup acceleration program being a member of the second intake. Heliocorp Pty Ltd is also backed by venture capital firm Artesian Pty Ltd. PV Mate is a B2B software platform that enables solar energy retailers match with accredited installers around the nation by completing a dedicated PV Mate Job Pack. Once the matching service is complete (based on a date the installer is available, cost and the installers capability), PV mate then provides both the solar retailer and installer project management assistance, enabling each party to successfully manage an installation from start to finish with tools such as on-site document upload capabilities, chat windows, a task setter, project tracking, customer detail. Soon retailers will be able to order product and pay installers via the platform. Each user has a detailed profile, feedback and rating system, therefore maintaining high quality control throughout the platform.
