The Seer Data Platform lets people easily find, share and use data for smarter decision making in communities. Our customers are not for profits, community organisations and Government agencies who are making better decisions, identifying ways to improve the delivery of services and getting better outcomes for people they serve in their communities. We are working in more than 15 communities in Australia including Shepparton and East Gippsland in Victoria, George Town in Tasmania, Tennant Creek in the Northern Territory and Mt Druitt in NSW. Our vision is to radically transform the social services sector by empowering grassroots people to use and share data. Data analytics offers enormous potential to Australia’s +$100B NFP sector, but the Data Science and technology tools taken for granted by the commercial sector are not yet harnessed for social good. Breaking the cycle of entrenched social problems is complex, requiring long-term commitment from diverse stakeholders. These stakeholders require data analytics for smarter, evidence-based decision making.
