SitClique was created when all three co-founders were attempting to return to work after maternity leave. We found that the traditional regulated childcare model wasn’t enough to support our needs for flexibility as working parents and that finding in-home child care including Babysitters, Nannies and Home Tutors was really difficult or really expensive. We use technology and traditional hiring support assistance to find families the best candidates for their family’s needs at an affordable price. We improve the hiring experience for families by completing ID checks, working with children checks, reference checks, pre-recorded interviews and in turn offering families a worry-free way to easily hire in-home child care support. SitClique supports families to find regular full-time or part-time care, before and after school care, occasional or ad-hoc babysitting and home tutoring
