We aim to create delicious locally sourced treats with a smoky and sweet twist. We basically take our love of good produce, unique flavour/ texture combinations and wrap them up in environmentally friendly packaging for the public to enjoy. Locality is important to us and we have collaborated with many talented local producers to merge SMALT with their goods. Our collaborations include gelato, craft beer, cannoli, honey, maple syrup, honey roasted almonds and even smoky gourmet Easter eggs.
