Swiss 8 is a digital program that teaches veterans and civilians alike, how to implement 8 core principles of health and lifestyle. This research based app is designed to reduce anxiety and help you & your workforce, get motivated and be better at life. The 8 Core Principles - Fitness, Nutrition, Mindfulness, Sleep, Time management, Minimalism, Personal growth and Discipline. These have all been proven to reduce anxiety and increase positive outlook in their own respective studies. Swiss 8 combines these principles into a holistic model and teaches the user to incorporate them into a daily routine. The Fitness principle will provide the user with a personal workout program. Days per week, style of training, skill level and intensity is customised to suit the users principle specific goals. The programming is laid out on the scheduling calendar to assist the user in maintaining routine. Gamification and progress tracking ensures the user stays motivated and personally accountable for their own success. All principles follow this structure. They also have progressive challenges to keep users interested and to provide competition within groups and workplaces.
