Tap Into Safety
Operating

The Tap into Safety platform provides over 60 out of the box training courses and can work with clients to develop custom training content. The interactive safety training uses 360-degree panoramas of typical work environments. The training assesses against the safety hierarchy of controls to highlight gaps in safety knowledge. Insightful gap analysis reports are available for organisations seeking to move beyond compliance to change behaviour and reduce workplace injuries, fatalities and illness. Many clients use the platform to increase engagement in their safety inductions. The employee mental health training uses a microlearning delivery to teach effective coping strategies across a broad range of topics through animated stories. Topics include stress, change, bullying, harassment. Employees are encouraged to reach out and seek out to recommended support providers. There is also free support resources available including 26 self-help articles and 6 mindfulness meditations. Many clients use the training in their onboarding and within their dedicated well-being campaigns. The platform draws on gamification and adult learning principles and can be used online and across smart devices (phone, tablet). The training is accessed by a per-use credits model with no lock-in contract or annual license. For more information or to try a free demo: visit www.tapintosafety.com.au see less
