THE ICONIC Partnerships team is responsible for establishing and managing relationships with a variety of Brand partners across Australia and New Zealand. The team works to understand our partners’ objectives and, in response, proactively develop and execute marketing plans.

We are currently on the look out for a Senior Brand Partnerships Manager. The role reports to the Director - Marketing Parnerships, and works alongside the Partnerships team to manage and grow our network of Brand partners.

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for someone who has a proven track record in creating killer strategic Brand partnerships, has an established multi-industry network of contacts in ANZ and can leverage them to amplify THE ICONIC’s fashion, retail, tech and cultural credentials.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive media sales strategy for brand partnerships.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets through effective sales management and client engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels, from media planners to senior executives.
  • Lead the creation of market-leading pitches and proposals that align with client objectives and deliver results.
  • Track and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring alignment with targets and strategic goals.
  • Identify new brand partner opportunities and drive commercial output to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create innovative media solutions that stand out in the market.
  • Ensure all campaigns are aligned with THE ICONIC's brand values and strategic objectives.
  • Drive digital-first thinking to develop new products and solutions for the sales team.
  • Support the scaling of brand partnerships in a financially sustainable way.

We’re looking for someone who is creative, analytical and really passionate about partnership marketing. The role requires great interpersonal skills and someone who can build strong relationships with internal teams and our external partners.

ABOUT YOU...

  • Partnerships, Agency and/or Business Development experience - 6-8 years minimum
  • Broad marketing skill set with basic understanding of key digital marketing channels and their role in the marketing mix
  • Strong track record in achieving revenue targets
  • Experience in managing a diverse set of partnerships
  • Experience in driving commercial negotiations
  • Data-oriented and analytical
  • Strong relationship-building skills and confidence presenting
  • Agility, resilience and tenacity
  • Creative and collaborative mindset
  • A can-do attitude and excellent communication style
  • Exposure to performance-based partnerships a bonus
  • eCommerce retail or media experience is desirable
