We're looking for two Engineers to join our Survey Design team, a cross-functional team responsible for shaping the survey design experience in our Engagement product. Our survey designer enables companies across the globe to intuitively build science-backed surveys and support leaders in taking meaningful action to create a better world of work for millions of employees.
The team is focused on key initiatives including building a centralised library of curated questions to unlock the next step of data analytics, revamping the survey design experience to improve survey quality, and integrating AI capabilities to help customers gather deeper insights.
You will
- Collaborate with product designers, product managers, and engineers to solve customer problems
- Contribute primarily to backend services, with work branching across the full stack
- Create clean, scalable, testable solutions using technologies like Ruby, Kotlin, Next.js, React, and TypeScript
- Pair with teammates, contribute to technical discussions, and share knowledge
You have
- Experience with programming fundamentals, software engineering principles, and testing strategies
- Experience in backend technologies (e.g. Kotlin, Ruby, Java, .NET)
- Experience or interest in frontend technologies (e.g. React, Next.js, TypeScript)
- Experience or interest in relational and non-relational databases (e.g. Postgres, MongoDB)
- Experience or interest in cloud platforms (AWS) and how services communicate
- Experience or interest in AI-assisted development workflows (e.g. Claude Code)
