How you can help make a better world of work
As a key member of our Tech Engineering Support team, you'll help us mature and scale our technology ecosystem that supports our internal operations globally. You'll develop, implement, maintain, and administer our SaaS enterprise applications, systems and services—taking ownership of infrastructure reliability, security, and operational excellence. This is a hands-on role where you'll work on complex technical challenges, mentor team members, and drive improvements that directly impact how our Campers work every day.
As part of this team of amazing humans,
You will:
- Cloud: Manage and scale AWS infrastructure, including EC2, Route 53, and VPC, while specifically overseeing AppStream and Workspace environments for remote/specialised workloads.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Drive automation using Terraform or CloudFormation to ensure reproducible and version-controlled environments.
- Identity Management: Act as the primary lead for Okta, designing complex Okta Workflows for automated provisioning and advanced SSO/SCIM integrations.
- Apple Device Management: Direct the management of the Apple fleet using JAMF, ensuring zero-touch deployment, security compliance, and seamless support.
- Enterprise AI Systems: Administer and support Enterprise AI platforms such as Glean, Claude, and Gemini, with a focus on access control, performance, and internal adoption.
- Network Infrastructure: Maintain and optimise corporate and remote office networking using Cisco Meraki.
- Automation & Scripting: Develop sophisticated scripts in PowerShell or Python to eliminate manual tasks and streamline Tech Ops processes.
- Support & Escalation: Provide L3 IT support for complex infrastructure issues, ensuring root-cause resolution for both on-site and remote staff.
You have:
- Experience: 3+ years in a Senior Infrastructure or Systems Engineering role within a SaaS or cloud-native environment.
- AWS Experience: Deep hands-on experience with core AWS services and specific proficiency in AWS AppStream 2.0 and Amazon WorkSpaces.
- Identity Management: Proven track record with Okta administration and the ability to build and troubleshoot complex Okta Workflows.
- Apple Specialist: Expert-level knowledge of JAMF Pro for macOS management and Apple device support.
- Networking: Strong experience managing enterprise-grade Cisco Meraki environments.
- AI Familiarity: Experience (or a strong technical aptitude) in managing enterprise-grade AI tools (Glean, Claude, Gemini) and understanding their security/identity requirements.
- Scripting: Proficiency in PowerShell or Python for systems automation.
- Communication: Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate technical requirements into business outcomes.
- Knowledge of ITSM tools and platforms such as Jira Service Management
- Experience of modern workplace technologies such as Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian Suite
You are:
- Open-minded and excited to work with talented people, advise and teach others while learning from amazing colleagues
- A strategic thinker who considers the bigger picture and anticipates how changes impact interconnected systems
- Curious and proactive—you ask good questions, dive deep to understand systems holistically, and don't wait to be told what to do
- Resilient and adaptable, thriving in a hyper-growth environment where priorities shift and new challenges emerge regularly
- Committed to continuous learning and staying current with evolving technologies and best practices
Note: As this is a hands-on role supporting office infrastructure and escalations, the requirement to attend the Richmond office at least three days per week remains a core expectation
