About the role:

As our Copywriter & Content Specialist, you’ll help shape how we tell our story. Part of the new Creative Services team, you'll turn customer insights, product value and brand voice into copy that connects.

From campaign headlines to everyday content, you’ll bring ideas to life across channels for both tradies and homeowners. Working with design, marketing, sales and product, you’ll craft compelling, insight-driven content that brings our mission to life.

How you will add value:

  • Bring ideas to life across channels – Craft compelling, insight-led copy for a range of formats including web, email, video scripts, social, product, SEM and integrated campaigns.
  • Write with purpose and precision – Develop messaging that’s clear, on-brand and tailored to audience needs at each stage of the customer journey.
  • Collaborate across teams – Work closely with Brand, Product, Marketing, Service and Sales to translate business goals into engaging, effective content.
  • Support content operations – Help manage copy assets, maintain content calendars and support internal review and QA processes to keep content workflows smooth.
  • Optimise for impact – Use performance data, feedback and testing to continuously improve content effectiveness, close gaps and recommend new approaches.

About you:

  • 3+ years of copywriting and content creation experience, either in-house or at an agency
  • Degree in Communications or Marketing
  • Strong portfolio showing creative work across brand, customer comms, social media and websites
  • Able to write for both consumer and business audiences, adjusting tone and messaging as needed
  • Great people skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Good understanding of digital copywriting, SEO, and social media best practices
  • Comfortable with data-driven marketing, A/B testing, and content that’s focused on performance
