As Culture Amp grows, managing projects across our business and delivering impactful change are all part of the day-to-day work of the Project Manager.
As a project manager, you will help us shape, plan, and manage the delivery to ensure projects are successfully completed and transitioned to operations.
Collaborating with other teams, you will also have the opportunity to shape our project management practices, ensuring that we have an efficient project portfolio management framework to deliver projects in the most impactful way and realise their benefits.
You will
- Plan the project: Analyse project briefs to plan timeline, budget, resources, and process required to deliver the project.
- Collaborate to deliver: Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones and other related activities, and then coordinate the activities of project teams to ensure projects progress on schedule and within budget.
- Remove ambiguity: Provide guidance to project team members through the project lifecycle, including a clear outline of the work plan, ensuring project teams are clear on their responsibilities, scope of their authority, and facilitate effective, timely and transparent decision making practices.
- Keep stakeholders informed: Implement a frequent and concise communication plan, including regular reporting on project progress / statuses into the Workplace Portfolio and other stakeholders.
- Be technically savvy: Gain familiarity of our technology stack through collaboration with application owners, architecture and engineers, in particular our core technology systems and platforms.
You have

- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders
- Excellent attention to detail coupled with analytical skills to create realistic project delivery plans
You are
- Biased for action and able to work autonomously, constantly delivering impactful change by bringing others on the journey
- Comfortable working in an ambiguous environment, being able to think through options and create plans to bring clarity
- Passionate and inquisitive about business capabilities, technology and how they fit together to support efficient business processes that improves the way we work
