The Opportunity at Culture Amp

At Culture Amp, we're creating a better world of work. We believe that nothing is impossible when a group of talented, caring humans work to build something together. We‘re focused on building a new type of company: a company that truly puts culture first.

This is a truly unique opportunity to join as an associate on our Strategy & Business Operations (SBO) team, which is part of the Office of the CEO and whose mission is to help Culture Amp scale faster, in service of our mission. By connecting strategy to execution, illuminating the path forward with our leaders, and incubating new capabilities, we accelerate the whole company.

In the past 12 months, the SBO team has played an integral role in setting up Culture Amp’s long-term strategy and delivering strategic projects in partnership with the business. Some of the highlights include:

  • Delivering our long-term company strategy
  • Designing and facilitating Exec strategy workshops and senior leadership strategy offsites
  • Creating and implementing a global company quarterly business review
  • Crafting a global ways of working strategy
  • Formulating a new pricing and packaging strategy
  • Conducting regional market analysis to sharpen our go-to-market strategy

Once you’re in the seat, you will:

  • Own and further develop the operating rhythm and associated activities like researching strategic insights to support strategy development & execution
  • Build trusted relationships and deliver strategic projects for C-level and senior leaders across the entire business
  • Work closely with the Exec and VP team, and other SBO team members, to support day-to-day business operations, execute targeted programs of work, and deliver key moments within our strategy system

What You Bring to Our Camp:
