Help millions of employees have a better work experience. At Culture Amp, we turn people data into action. Our Insights group powers the analytics behind our platform, and the Survey Reporting team is where that data becomes intuitive, insightful, and actionable for customers.
We’re hiring a Mid-level Front-End leaning Full-Stack Engineer to evolve our survey analytics and reporting experiences from accessible data visualisations to performant APIs that make them possible.
- Ship features end-to-end for Report Sharing, Report Creation and Actions Management. This is mostly React/TypeScript on the front end, with contributions to services and APIs.
- Resolve operational issues promptly, implement permanent solutions for recurring problems, and ensure the product suite remains well-maintained.
- Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to understand requirements, design effective solutions, and deliver impactful features.
- Own the software lifecycle, work breakdown and estimation, focusing on code quality, code reviews, testing, monitoring, logging, and alerting.
- Contribute to onboarding new team members, share technical knowledge, and provide support to fellow engineers.
- Make creation and sharing reports seamless for our customers. The more reports customers share, the easier it becomes for them to take meaningful actions and improve engagement scores.
- Improve load times and overall usability across high-traffic report-sharing views.
- Redesign and build a modern Actions Management platform in Engage, helping drive customer retention and win more enterprise customers.
- Solid experience building and scaling production-grade UIs using React and TypeScript.
- Familiar with testing (Jest/RTL or similar) and accessibility best practices (WCAG).
- While your core strength is the front end, you are willing to support or learn the backend (Node/Ruby/REST APIs) as needed to unblock the team.
- Clear communicator who thrives in cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience in Next.js, Tailwind CSS, analytics/reporting UX, data viz libraries, GraphQL would be highly advantageous.
