About the role:
This hands-on role focuses on designing and managing compensation, and benefits, and supports P&C operations to attract, retain, and reward talent while ensuring compliance with company goals. It drives operational excellence by optimising HR systems, enhancing the employee experience, and providing data-driven insights on pay structures, benefits, and total rewards.
Ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and data, this role provides strategic insights, leverages data for decision-making, and serves as a trusted advisor to leadership on people data insights, pay structures, benefits, and total rewards. They also ensure equity, transparency, and market competitiveness to drive high performance and engagement across the organisation.

How you will add value:
- Design and improve end-to-end P&C processes to ensure efficiency, compliance, and alignment with business goals.
- Act as a subject matter expert on operational P&C practices and compliance requirements.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance the employee lifecycle experience, examples include onboarding, offboarding, and performance review processes.
- Streamline transactional HR activities and payroll processes in collaboration with the payroll team.
- Look at continuous ways to improve our admin process at hipages and ensure we are operating at maximum efficiency.
- Manage all P&C systems, including implementation, effectiveness, and reporting to ensure accurate data entry, system optimisation, and streamlined workflows.
- Manage ROI with system use and make recommendations to increase utilisation across all systems.
- Lead system upgrades, integrations, and troubleshooting in collaboration with external vendors.
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity across HR systems and tools, ensuring compliance with data protection standards.
- Manage ad-hoc system implementations.
- Current systems include - HRIS ( Bob) / ATS (Greenhouse) / LMS (Docebo) / Intranet (Confluence) / EDM (Campaign Monitor) phase out Survey Monkey / Docusign
- Conduct monthly data audits to ensure employee data accuracy and completeness is regularly audited.
- Collect, analyse, and report on P&C metrics for all departments, such as headcount, top talent, talent acquisition, employee attrition, diversity, and onboarding/exit data.
- Ensure P&C reporting is best-in-class, timely and accurate and provides meaningful insights
- Assist in the preparation and submission of compliance-related reports such as WGEA.
- Provide accurate and timely data to the P&C BP’s to support any trend data and analysis.
- Create dashboards and reports for leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment with company objectives.
- Coordinate our annual salary review process.
- Become the expert in OUR salary benchmarking tool (AON). Regularly audit the mapping of current job roles to align with AON salary benchmarking. Complete survey data submission on time.
- Conduct regular market benchmarking and provide recommendations to maintain pay equity and competitiveness.
- Complete effective tracking and communication of our current Employee Share Option Plan.
- Assist with the documentation and communication of all C&B related items.
- Oversee our bonus cycles and leader incentive plans.
- Assist in managing the communication of new incentive plans, salary packages and other C&B initiatives.
- Administer employee benefits programs and perks, ensuring smooth delivery and effective communication. Make recommendations to improve benefits on an ongoing basis to increase utilisation.
- Act as the main point of contact for compensation and benefits queries, resolving issues promptly.
- Automate or streamline pay and benefits processes to improve operational efficiency.
About you:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline
- Proven experience managing and optimising HRIS platforms, ATS tools and LMS Systems
- 5+ years of experience in People Operations and compensation and benefits or a related HR function
- Strong background in end-to-end HR operations
- Proficiency in generating and analysing HR reports to guide decision-making and improve processes
- Demonstrated ability to streamline and improve P&C systems and workflows
- Proven experience designing and implementing pay structures, incentive plans, and benefits programs. Strong understanding of compensation frameworks, job evaluation, and market benchmarking tools (e.g., AON)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis to manage budgets and compensation data
- Track record of leading compensation projects, such as salary reviews or benefits audits
- Knowledge of market trends and best practices in compensation and employee rewards
- Technically savvy with various software packages (experience with Confluence & Google Sutie preferred)
