We’re offering 7x fully sponsored scholarship positions. 

What’s included in the scholarship?

• 7x half-day in-person group training sessions
• Opportunity to learn from and share experiences and challenges with other emerging and experienced female leaders
• Opportunity to build a support network.

Scholarship eligibility:

• Must identify as
  • First Nations Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander women and/or
  • A female tradie
• Empower is a 100% in-person program. Applicants must be based in Sydney and able to attend half-day sessions at our Sydney CBD office on the following dates:
  • Wednesday, 19th March: Strategies for navigating the challenges female leaders face
  • Friday, 11th April: Your career
  • Friday, 16th May: Personal brand and networking
  • Friday, 18th July: Emotional intelligence and having hard conversations
  • Friday, 15th August: Communication
  • Friday, 12th September: Elevating your leadership presence
  • Friday, 10th October: Program reflections and presentations.
• Strong leadership potential with a proven track record of achievements, the ability to inspire others and a commitment to growth.
• Be new to leadership, or be in a leadership role no higher than middle management
• Be able to commit time to attend sessions and engage in cohort discussions about their experiences and challenges as women in leadership.
