Scholarship details
We’re offering 7x fully sponsored scholarship positions.
What’s included in the scholarship?

- 1:1 career development coaching session
- Gallup strengths assessment
- Gallup strengths 1:1 coaching session
- 7x half-day in-person group training sessions
- Opportunity to learn from and share experiences and challenges with other emerging and experienced female leaders
- Opportunity to build a support network.
Scholarship eligibility:
- Must identify as
- First Nations Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander women and/or
- A female tradie
- Empower is a 100% in-person program. Applicants must be based in Sydney and able to attend half-day sessions at our Sydney CBD office on the following dates:
- Wednesday, 19th March: Strategies for navigating the challenges female leaders face
- Friday, 11th April: Your career
- Friday, 16th May: Personal brand and networking
- Friday, 18th July: Emotional intelligence and having hard conversations
- Friday, 15th August: Communication
- Friday, 12th September: Elevating your leadership presence
- Friday, 10th October: Program reflections and presentations.
- Strong leadership potential with a proven track record of achievements, the ability to inspire others and a commitment to growth.
- Be new to leadership, or be in a leadership role no higher than middle management
- Be able to commit time to attend sessions and engage in cohort discussions about their experiences and challenges as women in leadership.

Who will be in the Empower cohort?
Scholars will join a cohort of approximately 14 hipages employees to complete the 2025 cohort.
