We're on the hunt for a Brand and Business Manager who's a mix of a big picture strategist, communicator, and administrative guru. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Business Management Guru: You'll be the maestro behind the scenes, orchestrating our team's communications and partnership documents. Think QBRs, strategy docs, and pitch-perfect partnership pitches and board decks. 
  • You'll support our Global Head by managing dashboards that shine with insights and ensure all team protocols and controls are in shipshape. You can also pick up on data trends and use these to help you in your business cases.
  • Account Management Ace: Your mission? To build and nurture profitable relationships with our smaller brand partners in Australia. You understand the partners business and maximise their gift card sales opportunities via Prezzee with a view to moving them to the next tier or offboarding.
  • Project Management Pro: Timelines and schedules? You eat them for breakfast. You'll be ensuring the team stays on track, representing the heart and soul of partnerships in stakeholder meetings, and keeping the communication lines crystal clear.
  • Attend meetings on behalf of the partnership team and be accountable for delivering and distributing core messages of monthly forecasts and the annual Retail Merchants budget.
  • Global Team Collaborator: With our sights set on international growth, you'll work hand-in-hand with our global teams, developing structures and rhythms that ensure success across the board.
  • Reporting Ruler: Developing ad hoc processes and delivering crisp, clear business reports to senior stakeholders is your kind of fun.

Who You Are:

  • 10+ years experience in a professional business environment. 
  • Exceptional communication (written and verbal) skills with 5yrs+ experience delivering  C-suite level documents and packs. 
  • Managing stakeholders, with a focus on partnerships, business or corporate development
  • Proven capability to deliver to deadlines and timeframes.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Project Management principles and disciplines would be highly regarded. 


  • You’ll be working on a close-knit team and reporting directly to the Global Head of Partnerships
