About the role
The People and Culture Coordinator acts as a generalist and supports the delivery of core People services and initiatives, ensuring a seamless employee experience and efficient operations. This role serves as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, manages key administrative processes such as onboarding and data management, and assists in the delivery of people programs that enhance engagement, development, performance and organisational culture.
We see this role as a strong stepping stone into a P&C Advisor position within the next 12–18 months, offering you the opportunity to grow your impact and responsibilities
What you’ll be doing
- Be the first point of contact for employee queries, providing timely, clear and helpful guidance.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding experience, including documentation, systems access, and induction support.
- Administer key people processes such as benefits, leave, and contract changes with accuracy and care.
- Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and support regular reporting and compliance requirements.
- Monitor and coordinate visa/work rights status and documentation.
- Assist in delivering people programs across performance, learning, engagement, and culture.
- Support continuous improvement across people operations, policies, and self-service tools.

What you bring to the team;
- 2+ years of experience in a generalist HR, people operations or P&C coordination role.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with a customer-first approach.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a desire to improve systems and processes.
- Experience supporting the delivery of people programs, events, or projects.
- Basic understanding of employment legislation, compliance, and best practices in people operations.
