About the role:
We’re on an exciting journey to modernise our core systems and scale for the future. As Product Manager in Tech Uplift & Product Support squad, you’ll lead the transformation of our marketplace’s foundation into a modern, scalable platform that enables faster delivery and unlocks new customer value.
You’ll own the end-to-end re-platforming effort, working closely with engineering, architecture, design, and service teams. Balancing complexity, technical risk, and stakeholder needs, you’ll help shape the infrastructure that powers hipages’ next stage of growth.
Alongside this, you’ll manage the systems and workflows that keep our product support running smoothly. From triaging live issues to improving internal processes, you’ll ensure that problems are resolved quickly and effectively, enabling better experiences for both homeowners and tradies.

How you will add value:
- Own the roadmap for tech uplift and product support systems across web and mobile platforms
- Collaborate with engineering to decommission legacy systems and redevelop product infrastructure for current and future use cases
- Lead prioritisation and coordination of production issues surfaced by internal teams (Sales, Support, Service)
- Leverage existing triage frameworks to support structured issue analysis and reduce time to resolution
- Explore opportunities to apply AI and automation in product support workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual burden
- Contribute to a stronger platform foundation by improving stability and flexibility across shared systems
About you:
- Experience delivering platform-facing product work in partnership with engineering
- Familiarity with authentication flows (e.g. login, SSO, session management) and their impact on user trust and access
- Ability to triage and prioritise cross-functional issues in high-volume, high-context environments
- Comfortable managing backlogs that mix urgent production issues with longer-term technical enablement
- Effective working with tech leads, designers, analysts, and support teams
- Confidence operating in ambiguity and structuring direction
