About the role
As Sonder’s Senior Product Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how our products and solutions connect with customers and drive growth. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll sit at the intersection of Product, Growth, and Commercial teams — translating customer insights, product innovation, and market intelligence into go-to-market strategies that differentiate Sonder in a competitive landscape. This is a highly cross-functional and strategic role, working closely with teams across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Data to bring Sonder’s story to life across industries and segments.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll lead end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution for new and existing products — crafting clear, customer-centric messaging, building compelling enablement materials, and driving adoption across channels.
- Develop and own product positioning, messaging, and value propositions across solution pillars.
- Lead GTM planning and execution for product and solution launches.
- Translate customer insights and market trends into actionable strategies.
- Partner with Product and Commercial teams to align product releases with business goals.
- Collaborate with Creative and Growth teams to develop launch assets and campaigns.
- Support thought leadership initiatives and case studies that strengthen Sonder’s market presence.
- Measure and optimise GTM performance, using data to refine strategy and impact.
Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on product marketer. You’ll succeed in this role if you love translating complexity into clarity, building narratives that inspire, and driving alignment across diverse teams.
What you bring to the team:
- 5+ years’ experience in product marketing, solution marketing, or go-to-market strategy roles.
- Proven track record launching and scaling SaaS products or digital solutions.
- Strong communicator with exceptional storytelling and copywriting skills.
- Ability to turn product features into compelling, customer-centric value propositions.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Growth teams.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to market insights and performance.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and balancing strategy with execution.
- Passion for meaningful work that improves people’s safety, wellbeing, and performance.
