About the role

As our CRM Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in powering Sonder’s go-to-market engine. You’ll own the technical setup and ongoing optimisation of our CRM (HubSpot), helping Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams work smarter and move faster. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you'll drive automation, improve data integrity, and build actionable insights.

What you’ll be doing

  • Be the technical owner of our HubSpot CRM structure, including workflows, lifecycle logic, and automations.
  • Build custom dashboards and reports to uncover trends, track KPIs, and support strategic GTM decisions.
  • Maintain and improve CRM data integrity through audits, deduplication, and regular hygiene processes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to optimise lead management, campaign attribution, and sales enablement workflows.
  • Lead CRM training, develop user documentation, and provide frontline CRM support.
  • Implement and manage integrations with platforms like Gong, ZoomInfo, and Segment.
  • Proactively identify and deliver improvements that enhance visibility, efficiency, and automation across the customer journey.

Who are we looking for?

What you bring to the team;

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing CRM systems (ideally HubSpot), in a RevOps, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops role.
  • Proven success designing and maintaining scalable workflows, lifecycle automations, and reporting dashboards.
  • A solid understanding of lead lifecycle management, campaign tracking, and revenue operations fundamentals.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to audit data, manage integrations, and uphold system integrity.
  • Confidence working across teams and communicating technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with BI tools, Google Sheets, or data platforms for basic analysis and reporting.
  • Bonus: exposure to tools like Gong, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or Segment.
