About the Role:
As the Lead Engineer in the site reliability (SRE) team, you will act as a technical lead, leading the design and delivery of scalable platform components, working to reduce complexity, increase reliability, and accelerate feature delivery across engineering teams.

How you’ll add value:

Drive technical design and architecture across our AWS- and Kubernetes-based platform

Champion developer experience with efficient CI/CD workflows and internal tools

Shape SRE technical direction and uplift reliability practices across engineering

Lead and deliver cross-team platform features with strong engineering standards

Strengthen monitoring, observability, incident response and operational excellence

Mentor engineers and guide consistent engineering quality and decision-making
About You:

7+ years in backend, platform or infrastructure engineering, including technical leadership

Deep hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform and CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD)

Strength in designing and delivering complex, multi-system features

Solid understanding of SRE principles, SLIs/SLOs and incident lifecycle management

Passion for improving developer experience and system reliability

Clear communicator who adapts to different technical and non-technical audiences

(Nice to have) Experience with Kafka, relational databases, EKS/MSK, Honeycomb.io or Incident.io
