An opportunity has opened up for an exceptional Senior Finance Business Partner to join us in our mission to strengthen the Commercial Finance muscle, particularly helping drive financial and commercial acumen across our Product & Engineering practice.

This is a true business partnering role which will be focused on providing valuable analytical insights, advice through financial acumen, business case support and ultimately bolstering financial awareness within the business. 

In part of this team of amazing humans, 

You will:

  • Provide excellent Business Partnering support to stakeholders within our Product & Engineering practice
  • Drive budgeting & forecasting support (enable accurate visibility of how we are tracking)
  • Commercial analysis / planning (all ad-hoc requests to understand commercial impacts)
  • Provide key metrics insights, scenario modeling and support
  • Have a natural curiosity in learning, interest in attention to detail, getting things right and be excited to roll your sleeves up
  • Proactively work with the business to bring insights, commercial acumen, improve reporting, drive efficiency and educate / empower where necessary

You have:

  • 4+ years of Finance experience. Bonus points if you have experience in business partnering, strategic finance / FP&A 
  • Fully qualified or close to completion of CA or CPA
  • Experience in managing & advising stakeholders in a commercial support function
  • Strong ability to build models and develop professional outputs for consumption
  • Track record extracting, manipulating and making sense of large data sets
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen

After 3 months, you will:

  • Have a detailed understanding of our business and what makes it tick
  • Be contributing towards the commercial evolution of our business
  • Have forged strong / constructive relationships with key stakeholders
