The Position:

Our highly creative and strategic Senior Creative Manager leads all brand storytelling, campaign direction, and creative production across social, e-commerce, and marketing channels.  They ensure every piece of content — from homepage tiles to socials — feels visually elevated, trend-driven, and socially relevant, while driving commercial outcomes and brand growth across Australia, the U.S., and global markets. The ideal candidate will combine a strong sense of fashion trend forecasting, digital storytelling, and ecommerce creativity with exceptional project management and leadership skills.

Creative Direction & Brand Identity

  • Own and evolve the brand’s creative DNA, ensuring a consistent aesthetic across all channels.
  • Translate business priorities and seasonal product direction into clear creative concepts for each campaign.
  • Partner with the Design, Buying, and Planning teams to align visual storytelling with key product focuses (e.g., event dressing, beach to bar, or siren).
  • Maintain an agile creative mindset that allows rapid turnaround of content.
  • Campaign & Content Creation

  • Oversee end-to-end campaign development — from moodboards to shoot execution and post-production.
  • Direct and approve all campaign shoots and e-commerce assets.
  • Manage creative execution for homepage tiles, navigation banners, EDM imagery, and digital ads.
  • Work closely with the social team to create scroll-stopping video content and storytelling series that hero product and personality.
  • Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead and mentor a Creative Team of stylists, photographers, graphic designers, and coordinators.
  • Foster a fast-moving, collaborative culture that celebrates creativity, accountability, and commercial awareness.
  • Partner with Social, PR/Influencer, and Product teams to ensure creative cohesion from product drop to campaign rollout.
  • Provide clear direction, feedback, and approvals to maintain brand consistency and high visual standards.
  • Brand Consistency & Innovation

  • Evolve and protect brand guidelines across all visual touchpoints — website, email, paid, social, and packaging.
  • Champion innovation and experimentation (e.g., CGI, AI imagery, AR filters, new shoot formats).Lead creative testing — analysing performance of visuals and iterating based on what drives engagement and conversion.
  • Ensure creative reflects a social-first mindset, balancing brand aspiration with approachability and fun.
  • Project & Budget Ownership

  • Manage all creative production budgets — campaign, studio, post-production, and freelance.
  • Prioritise workflow and deadlines for campaign and e-commerce calendars.
  • Ensure efficient resource allocation to maximise creative impact per dollar spent.
  • Collaborate with leadership on quarterly and annual planning for creative spend vs. revenue goals.
