As a NetSuite Engineer specialising in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), you’ll be at the forefront of optimising our NetSuite ecosystem for efficient warehouse operations. Your role will involve designing, implementing, and maintaining end-to-end NetSuite solutions tailored to our e-commerce needs. We’re seeking a tech-savvy professional who can seamlessly integrate NetSuite functionalities, enhance inventory management, streamline pick-pack-ship processes, and optimise ordering workflows.

What will I be doing?

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and architect NetSuite solutions that align with our warehouse management requirements.
  • Leveraging your technical expertise to create customisations, automations, and enhancements within NetSuite.
  • Configuring NetSuite WMS to ensure efficient handling of inventory, including receiving, put away, picking, and shipping.
  • Optimising space utilisation, prioritise fast-moving items, and rationalise fulfilment processes.
  • Integrating NetSuite with other systems, including third-party applications hosted in AWS, via SOAP and REST.
  • Developing and maintaining SuiteScripts (both SuiteScript 1.0 and SuiteScript 2.0) for custom requirements.
  • Identifying and implementing opportunities for process optimisation and system enhancements.
  • What do I need?

  • Hands on experience in NetSuite customisations, including SuiteScript development.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management, order fulfillment, and warehouse processes.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite dashboard and ability to provide relevant reports and KPIs.
  • Experience with NetSuite CRM and e-commerce functionalities.
  • Ideally, knowledge of billing, payments, A/R, general ledger, and reporting within NetSuite.
