About the role

Sales Associates are responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets through inbound/outbound leads and assisting our Tyro Health customers in solving for their claiming and payments needs.

Being a Sales Associate in the Tyro Health team means you will be part of a team who are supporting the growth and needs of vital service providers such as GP’s, Allied Health Professionals and Pharmacists, while ensuring the highest standard of customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

  • Action inbound calls to prospective customers.
  • Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
  • Present and promote products/services using effective sales techniques.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Close sales and achieve monthly quotas.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in Salesforce.
  • Stay informed about product features, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Uphold and contribute to Tyro's strong risk culture by complying with our policies, completing mandatory training and identifying and managing risks within your day-to-day work.
  • What you'll bring

  • Experience in inbound/outbound phone sales.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • General understanding of the financial services industry.
  • General understanding of the Australian health industry specifically payments and claiming.
  • General understanding of payments equipment and Point of Sale systems.
  • Problem solving & customer needs analysis.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    This role is full time, but flexible to meet your needs. You’ll be provided with a laptop and all the tools and support you need to succeed.
