About the role:

Over the last five years alone, the hipages brand has seen significant growth. With a new and improved product offering, a meticulously crafted brand strategy now in place as well as a refreshed visual expression, we are ready for a data-driven brand manager to identify the next big opportunities and lead our brand to further growth. The role will primarily focus on our tradie audience, you will be working with the Head of Brand & Communications and own the execution of our brand strategy throughout owned, paid and earned channels.

How you will add value:

  • Lead the development of brand plans and KRs utilising your analytical skills and deep audience understanding 
  • Develop and execute integrated campaigns that increase relevant brand health metrics while driving key business outcomes
  • Be responsible for the measurement and reporting of the performance of campaigns, assessing against goals and revising the plan as needed, including leading the development of bi-annual brand research to track campaign efficiency, report on results and optimise activities
  • Own our relationships with our Creative, Media, PR, and Research agency
  • Manage the budget, including building the budget and ROI reporting
  • Be the guardian of our brand by defining, refining and embedding it internally and externally
  • Mentor and support the Brand Manager and Marketing Coordinator

About you:

  • Would be nice if you have 8+ years experience in brand management, working on brand growth or challenger brands, large scale brand campaigns and budgets, managing media plans and coordinating with external agencies
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communications or Advertising
  • Demonstrated success growing brands through earned, owned and paid channels
  • Deep knowledge of the media landscape including social platforms
  • Experience in growing tech brands or online marketplaces highly regarded
  • Experience with B2C and B2B brands a plus
