About the role:

As the Product Manager for Mobile Platform and Tech Uplift, you will form a close working relationship with the Product and Engineering teams. Your team will also provide technical requirements and considerations, and you will navigate these to develop a product strategy and roadmap for the team that reflects your OKRs.

How you will add value:

  • Collaboration: run workshops and regular sessions with your team to “go wide” in collecting feedback, data and ideas to shape opportunity backlogs and collect a range of suitable solutions 
  • Prioritisation: understand your users' needs, wants and pain points alongside your team’s success metrics and be able to prioritise or de-prioritise opportunities and solutions accordingly
  • Communication: your exceptional communication skills will lead to your stakeholders and team members having the same understanding of what you are working on and why you are working on it in preference to other options

About you:

  • You are technically savvy, and ideally have a technical background, perhaps as an engineer, QA or BA
  • You routinely engage  with non-technical stakeholders to align on priorities, escalate and provide the rationale for decisions the team makes
  • You have experience in prioritising work across teams and leading cross-functional teams
  • You have a keen understanding of what drives user experience and are able to paint a vision and provide clear directions to engineers
  • You are comfortable with reporting needs analysis and solutions options with tools such as Tableau, Redash or Looker
  • Familiarity with mobile SDKs, APIs & Firebase, &  Auth, and with familiarity with Braze being preferable
