What's the role?

As a Senior Operations Analyst, you will be instrumental in optimising and scaling processes across our Operations and Sales functions. This role goes beyond driving efficiency – it also involves strategic planning, high-level stakeholder engagement, and an analytical approach to deliver best-in-class, scalable customer and partner experiences. With a focus on continuous improvement and process automation, you’ll work closely with product and engineering teams to deliver solutions to the broader business. This role is ideally suited for a proactive leader-in-the-making who combines analytical expertise, technical skills, and a strategic mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process optimisation & improvement: Identify, design, and implement enhancements to existing processes, and introduce scalable, efficient workflows across the customer journey to support growth.

• Strategic process development: designing and implementing new processes across our customer lifecycle that will scale alongside our growth.

• Stakeholder collaboration & facilitation: lead workshops and discovery sessions to gather and refine requirements, offering insights that balance business priorities and cost-benefit considerations.

• Issue resolution: act as a key problem solver for operational issues, incidents, and bottlenecks, providing rapid and effective resolution to minimise business disruption.

• Automation & product integration: Work with product and engineering teams to integrate operational needs into product development, focusing on automation to streamline workflows within the Zoho ecosystem and other CRM and low/no-code tools.

Skills & Experience Required:

• 5+ years of experience in operations, business analysis, or product roles within a high-performance, data-centric environment, ideally with a strong background in CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot).

• Advanced quantitative and analytical skills with proven ability to distill data insights into actionable recommendations and sound decision-making.

• Strong technical acumen with familiarity with relational databases, including data structures, key constraints, and cardinality, with the ability to convert complex requirements into operationalized steps.

• Experience with Zoho and complementary low/no-code automation platforms such as Zapier, Mulesoft, Workato, Amazon Connect, Twilio, or Databricks.

• Strategic thinker with executive excellence with skills in managing multiple projects with autonomy, demonstrating a strong sense of accountability and initiative.

• Extensive experience in documenting and optimising processes for clarity and scalability.

• Strong communication skills to build rapport across departments, with the confidence to facilitate senior-level discussions and influence business direction.

• Creative problem solver with a deep understanding of customer experience principles, capable of offering solutions that elevate user experience.
