Funny name, serious business
We make eco-friendly products and donate 50% of our profits to provide clean water and help build toilets for the billions of people who lack proper access. So far, we’ve contributed over $18 million AUD (roughly $11.1 million USD) to fund sanitation projects around the globe. Basically, we’re really good at doing good.
With hubs in Australia, the Philippines, China, the US, UK and Europe, our amazing team of 200+ work to make the biggest possible impact for people and the planet. Over the next couple of years, we’re hoping to increase our annual donation tenfold to get us closer to our dream of everyone in the world having access to clean water and sanitation services.
A bit about the role
We’re looking for an interim Content Lead to join the fold on a 12 month contract!
The Content Lead role is all about leveraging our content to build brand love and a community of passionate brand fans who are proud to share us with others. Think growing our social following and engagement, boosting organic site traffic and enabling strong WOM/sharing - all driven through bold, creative experimentation.
The goal? To make us famous for the kind of delightful, cheeky, and memorable content that everyone talks about and wishes they’d come up with first. As Content Lead, you’ll steer the ship, collaborating with our in-house creative team to create thoughtful, groundbreaking, and hilarious content that resonates with our audience. You’ll own and evolve our content strategy, ensuring your team consistently delivers on-brand, engaging, and share-worthy ideas and execution.
If you worked here this past month here are some things you might have been involved in
- You’ve identified a unique way for us to respond to a cultural moment, taking from idea to launch in 24 hours
- You’ve translated our content strategy into a testing plan for TikTok, pushing us beyond trending formats into original content ideas
- You’ve developed a cracking creative brief for our Valentines Day campaign and ran a project kick off with our creative team
- You’ve dug into our monthly metrics and translated into actionable insights for our content team
- You’ve built out a scenario plan about the brand implications of the potential US TikTok ban

You’re an experienced Content Lead with a passion for creating standout content that drives brand growth and leaves a lasting impression. You will bring with you lots of examples of how you’ve used content to shape and elevate a brand, making it a key part of a larger business strategy.

- Strategic Content Leadership: You have hands-on experience in leading content strategies that align with broader brand and business goals. You’ve successfully championed content initiatives that have driven measurable impact, whether through increasing brand awareness, boosting engagement, or generating organic growth across channels.
- Channel Ownership and Growth: You’ve owned and scaled content channels, taking them from good to great. You understand how to optimize each platform to its full potential, growing it in ways that make the brand unforgettable and drive recognition in a competitive landscape.
- Creative Innovation: Staying ahead of trends and constantly pushing the envelope is your thing. You’re passionate about creativity and originality, always bringing fresh and innovative ideas that keep the content relevant and engaging to the audience. You know how to balance bold experimentation with brand consistency.
- Team Leadership and Development: You have experience building, shaping, and leading a content team. You’re able to inspire your team to create thoughtful, impactful content, and you know how to nurture talent while keeping the team focused on bigger goals. You’ll help develop the Content function within our Creative team and ensure it evolves with the growing needs of the business.
