About the Role:
We’re looking for a talented Software Engineer to join our development team and help design, build, and maintain high-quality software solutions. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams while also taking ownership of features and projects independently. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical fundamentals, a collaborative mindset, and a genuine curiosity to keep learning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver epics and user stories independently or with minimal guidance from a lead engineer
• Mentor and guide junior software engineers through coaching, advice, and occasional pair programming
• Perform code reviews and promote best engineering practices
• Contribute to technical and domain designs, identifying opportunities for improvement and process enhancements
• Support team-level responsibilities, including: Business-as-usual (BAU) work, enhancing and maintaining owned microservices,
Incident investigation, resolution, and follow-up actions
About You:
• 5+ years’ experience in a professional software development role
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET architecture
• Experience with frontend technologies, preferably React
• Solid understanding and practical application of TDD/BDD and SOLID principles
• Experience contributing to software design and automated testing
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• A proactive attitude and enthusiasm for learning new technologies and methodologies
