The Role
At Bare, we’re asking prepaid funeral customers to have what is often a difficult conversation and make an important decision. Although our platform allows them to make that purchase online, many want to speak with someone - to ask questions, to feel comfortable that there are humans behind the platform, and to be reassured in their choice to prepay.
We're looking for a passionate Sales Account Manager that can support Australians in choosing a better way to prepare for end-of-life, by giving them an amazing experience as they interact with Bare Cremation.
What would you do?
Answering inbound calls from prospective customers interested in arranging a prepaid funeral with Bare; Making outbound calls to customers who’ve shown interested, or otherwise enquired about a Bare prepaid funeral;Following up with new customers to answer any questions and ensure they feel great about their decision;Supporting our community team “surprise and delight” new customers - e.g. gifts, vouchers, discounts and handwritten notes;Working with our content team to identify what information customers are looking for, and what else we can provide them - on our website, on our social channels or in our advertising Supporting the founders identify the things that customers most love about Bare, and helping create a community of ambassadorsLike all startups, we all wear many hats, so you're also likely to find yourself helping out on other tasks - for example, writing blog posts, handing customer admin requests and tackling support requests.
