You will be joining a team working on our Perform product, helping companies create transformative, people-first performance reviews that are easy to use and manage. You'll help us create an excellent performance review experience! We want to drive change towards a fairer workplace via the thoughtful capabilities we build. 

All our teams are cross-functional and have the autonomy and responsibility for bringing features from conception all the way through to owning them in production, and you’ll be involved throughout that process. As a Senior Engineer in this team, you will lead medium to large initiatives to help shape and impact the team’s deliverables.

What you will do:

• Develop software for web applications in a consistent and secure manner.
• Work in a cross-functional environment with product designers, product managers, data engineers and the camp’s leadership to build compelling product features.
• Find improvements to make within current system architecture and technology; socialise and drive changes.
• Contribute to building the team’s culture, striving to make it the best team you’ve ever worked in.
• Mentor and coach other engineers, encouraging them to grow to their full potential.

You have:

• Proficiency in preferably Ruby/Rails (or other backend programming languages/framework) and Typescript/React. 
• Experience building data intensive systems.
• Strong knowledge of modern web application design and development patterns
• Experience mentoring other engineers
