What do SafetyCulture Engineers do?
SafetyCulture engineers will work on new and existing products that directly impact the lives of our customers around the globe. You’ll collaborate with other team members to investigate design approaches and evaluate technical feasibility. You’ll write high quality distributed system software and drive engineering best practices. Working in an Agile/Scrum environment you’ll establish architectural principles and mentor team members.
SafetyCulture engineers are versatile, able to simplify the complex and remove obstacles so builders can build. About the Role
As a Senior Backend Engineer, you’ll join our Facilitators and Learners Experience team, which plays a vital role in enhancing the onboarding process for employees across the organization. Our team leads initiatives to elevate the blended learning experience, with a focus on developing features that improve the journey and engagement of learners. You’ll have the opportunity to work on impactful projects that transform how training is delivered throughout the organization.
