Wala Connections exists to deepen all peoples connections to self, culture and country. ​ We aim to strengthen, heal and celebrate as First Nations women through our love of culture, community, dance, wellbeing, movement and storytelling. ​ Wala deliver workshops, programs, performance and mentoring with a focus on connection, expression and empowerment through movement.
