We offer investment and operational expertise for entrepreneurs building businesses in Australia. Our founder, Steve Baxter, established Transition Level Investments (TLI) in 2012. Steve commenced his career in defence. He went on to establish and successfully exit, an internet startup based in Australia then worked for Google CA as a Technical Program Manager. Steve founded River City Labs, a co-working space in Brisbane, in 2011 and has been a ‘Shark’ on the Channel 10 series Shark Tank since 2013. At TLI we partner with founders, and we invest in people, not just the business.
