How you can help make a better world of work

As a key member of our Tech Engineering Support team, you'll help us mature and scale our technology ecosystem that supports our internal operations globally. You'll develop, implement, maintain, and administer our SaaS enterprise applications, systems and services. This is a hands-on role where you'll work on complex technical challenges, mentor team members, and drive improvements that directly impact how our Campers work every day.

As part of this team of amazing humans,

You will:

  • Cloud: Manage and scale AWS infrastructure, including EC2, Route 53, VPC and other AWS Services.
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Drive automation using Terraform or CloudFormation to ensure reproducible and version-controlled environments.
  • Identity Management: Act as the primary lead for Okta, designing complex Okta Workflows for automated provisioning and advanced SSO/SCIM integrations.
  • Mobile Device Management: Lead the technical strategy for Apple Devices using Jamf, driving zero-touch deployment, device trust, and full lifecycle management while maintaining security compliance and seamless end-user support.
  • Network Infrastructure: Maintain and optimise corporate and remote office networking using Cisco Meraki.
  • Automation & Scripting: Develop sophisticated scripts in Python to eliminate manual tasks and streamline Tech Ops processes.
  • Support & Escalation: Provide L3 IT support for complex infrastructure issues, ensuring root-cause resolution for both on-site and remote staff.
  • Enterprise AI Systems: Administer and support enterprise AI platforms such as Glean, Claude, and Google Gemini, with a focus on access control, performance, security, and internal adoption
  • AI-Driven Automation & Optimisation: Identify opportunities to leverage AI within platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Miro to automate repetitive tasks, enhance confluence documentation, and improve operational efficiency
  • Prompt Engineering & Workflow Design: Apply structured prompt engineering techniques and multi-step workflows to improve knowledge retrieval, troubleshooting, and support processes

You have:

  • Experience: 3+ years in a Senior Infrastructure or Systems Engineering role within a SaaS or cloud-native environment.
  • AI Platform Management & Governance: Demonstrated experience in the administration, governance, and scaling of Enterprise AI platforms like Glean, Claude, and Google Gemini.
  • Proven experience in configuring and deploying AI-driven workflows and agents within Workspace technologies such as Google Workspace and Slack to automate system documentation, streamline incident summarisation, and optimise operational support cycles
  • Proven experience in identifying and implementing automation opportunities using AI-driven or AI-assisted solutions
  • Exposure to integrating AI into existing systems, scripts, or workflows
  • Collaboration & Engagement: Acts as a key liaison between technical teams and the business, combining stakeholder management with service-led support to ensure seamless cross-departmental communication.
  • Identity Management: Proven track record with Okta administration and the ability to build and troubleshoot complex Okta Workflows.
  • JAMF Specialist: Expert-level knowledge of JAMF Pro for macOS management and Apple device support.
  • Networking: Experience managing enterprise-grade Cisco Meraki environments.
  • AWS Experience: Hands-on experience with core AWS services and specific proficiency in EC2, VPC, Route53 and Amazon WorkSpaces.
  • Knowledge of ITSM frameworks, like change management and incident management, and platforms such as Jira Service Management

You are:

  • Open-minded and excited to work with talented people, advise and teach others while learning from amazing colleagues
  • A strategic thinker who considers the bigger picture and anticipates how changes impact interconnected systems
  • Curious and proactive you ask good questions, dive deep to understand systems holistically, and don't wait to be told what to do
  • Resilient and adaptable, thriving in a hyper-growth environment where priorities shift and new challenges emerge regularly
  • Committed to continuous learning and staying current with evolving technologies and best practices

Note: As this role requires high-level in-person collaboration to resolve escalations and manage office infrastructure, attending the Richmond office at least three days per week remains a core expectation.
